Terms and Conditions of Sale – Padel Forge

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the use of the Padel Forge application and its related services (free version and Premium subscription). By using the app, you fully accept these terms.

2. Data and information provided

• The data collected and displayed by the app (scores, match history, statistics, heart rate, calories, steps, etc.) are provided without any guarantee of accuracy or completeness.
• Your match history, even with a Premium subscription, is not guaranteed to be reliable and may contain errors or omissions.
• The app cannot be held responsible for the correct tracking of scores within the Apple Watch version.

3. Data historicity

• The app does not guarantee the storage, availability, or integrity of your data over time.
• Your match history, performance records, or statistics may be deleted, modified, corrupted, or lost at any time, including in case of updates, bugs, device changes, or reinstallation.
• No backup guarantee is provided. Users acknowledge that data historicity is not ensured and cannot be used to claim liability from the publisher.

4. No medical advice

• Padel Forge is not a medical application and does not provide health advice.
• Any data related to your physical activity (including heart rate/BPM) comes from the iPhone and/or Apple Watch and may contain inaccuracies.
• Such information must never be used for medical purposes or to make health-related decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

• The publisher of Padel Forge cannot be held responsible for any interpretations, conclusions, or decisions made on the basis of the data displayed by the app.
• Under no circumstances can the data, even if erroneous or incomplete, be used against us.
• Users accept that errors, bugs, data loss, or service interruptions may occur and waive any claims in this regard.

6. Premium subscription and free trial

• The Premium subscription grants access to additional features and enhanced visibility but does not guarantee data accuracy or preservation.
• The free trial allows you to test the app and accept its use with its possible limitations and defects.
• You may cancel the subscription at any time via your Apple account settings.

7. Cancellation and refunds

In accordance with App Store policies, subscription management and any refund requests are handled directly by Apple. The publisher of Padel Forge has no control over this process.

8. Force majeure

The publisher shall not be held liable for any failure, suspension, or interruption of service resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• actions or restrictions by Apple or other third parties,
• changes in operating systems or devices,
• internet or server outages,
• natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseeable events.

9. Acceptance of terms

By downloading and using Padel Forge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
